What is your return policy?
If there is an issue with your purchase, we are happy to replace the item or return the amount to your credit card with the exception of custom fragranced products. It is preferred that items be returned within a two week window but realize that life doesn’t always work on our time schedule. Please contact us anytime with questions or help on returning an item. We will do our best to make it an easy process. We will send a return label and refund the purchase for the item less the original shipping cost as long as it is not used or worn.
How do I sign up for reward points?
On the home page, click the orange present icon in the bottom right corner. You will need to create an account and sign in to begin acquiring points.
How do I use my reward points?
Click on the orange present in the lower right hand corner of your screen. Sign in (if not already signed in) and click “ways to redeem”. Follow the prompts to view your points & decide how many you would like to redeem. Copy the discount code generated & add it at checkout! You can also view & redeem points on your account profile by clicking the account icon in the upper left hand corner of the screen & clicking “view ways to redeem” at the top of the page.
Can I sign up to receive emails, sale notifications, etc?
Yes! If you scroll to the very bottom of our home page, there is a box in the bottom right-hand corner for you to enter your email! We send out promotions, heads ups for our next sales, and product information. You will receive an email asking you to CONFIRM that you’ve opted in. Be sure to respond so you’re in the know!
When will my order ship?
Packages will typically ship 1 business day after being placed. Weekends, federal holidays, & peak shipping times may lead to delayed shipping times but we do our best to get you your goods as quickly as possible. Find out more here!
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping depends on the weight of your package, the service, and the distance from us to you! We offer the best shipping rates possible with a variety of options to choose from. We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $100.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Rates depend on the package weight and distance. You can browse rates before you finalize checkout and decide if it works for you.
I’m not happy with my order. Who do I contact?
We want your order to be perfect! If you’re not satisfied, please reach out to us via email, customerservice@sageandcedar.com or by phone 406-862-9411. We are open Monday-Saturday 10:00-6:00 MST, and Sundays 11:00-5:00 MST. Feel free to leave a voicemail if it’s after hours and we will get back to you ASAP. PLEASE NOTE that we are quite prompt answering emails so if you haven’t heard back from us in 24 hours, please check your Spam or Other folder. OR please don’t hesitate to give us a call, (you will actually talk to a live person) so we can make everything right. It means a lot to us.
