How do I sign up for reward points?

On the home page, click the orange present icon in the bottom right corner. You will need to create an account and sign in to begin acquiring points.

How do I use my reward points?

Click on the orange present in the lower right hand corner of your screen.  Sign in (if not already signed in) and click “ways to redeem”.  Follow the prompts to view your points & decide how many you would like to redeem.  Copy the discount code generated & add it at checkout! You can also view & redeem points on your account profile by clicking the account icon in the upper left hand corner of the screen & clicking “view ways to redeem” at the top of the page.

Can I sign up to receive emails, sale notifications, etc?

Yes! If you scroll to the very bottom of our home page, there is a box in the bottom right-hand corner for you to enter your email! We send out promotions, heads ups for our next sales, and product information. You will receive an email asking you to CONFIRM that you’ve opted in. Be sure to respond so you’re in the know!

What is the blending bar?

Our blending bar is the cornerstone of our business & is an incredible way to create something completely unique! We offer a variety of different base products that you can custom fragrance to make your perfect scent. 

How do I custom fragrance?

Choose a base product from our blending bar or if you just want oils select a size! You can choose a scent from the drop down menu & add additional fragrances in the "Add additional fragrances here for a custom blend" box.  We recommend sticking with three or less scent notes for the best blends! What is the difference between fragrance oils and essential oils?

Fragrance oils are synthetically derived where essential oils are steam distilled from a plant.  We source our essential oils from all over the world (where they each grow best!) so you get the highest quality possible.  When selecting fragrance oils we choose the most refined options available so you can feel good about the products you put on your skin.

Why is my product changing colors?

Some fragrance & essential oils can slightly alter the color of your base product over time, this is completely natural and won't effect the integrity of your product!
