Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
It is preferred that items be returned within a two week window but realize that life doesn’t always work on our time schedule. Please contact us anytime with questions or help on returning an item. We will do our best to make it an easy process. Past the 14-day window returns are accepted on a case by case basis for store credit.
We want your order to be perfect! If you’re not satisfied, please reach out to us via email, customerservice@sageandcedar.com or by phone 406-862-9411. We are open Monday-Saturday 10:00-6:00 MST, and Sundays 11:00-5:00 MST. Feel free to leave a voicemail if it’s after hours and we will get back to you ASAP. PLEASE NOTE that we are quite prompt answering emails so if you haven’t heard back from us in 24 hours, please check your Spam or Other folder. OR please don’t hesitate to give us a call, (you will actually talk to a live person) so we can make everything right. It means a lot to us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or blending bar products) or clearance items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@sageandcedar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
